Starting November 2022, she was hired at The Frame and Mat Shop, in Holland, MI to support the business in launching new gallery space that showcases regional artists and artisans. As part of this initiative she produces regular gallery events, manages artist representation, and all inventory. PJ’s title with the Frame and Mat Shop is Curator, and Custom Picture Framer.
Project Management Statements
As a live arts event producer, with additional experience in academia and customer service I have spent over twenty years developing project management skills that incorporate strategic planning, establishing or incorporating existing processes, and team building through outstanding communications.
These skills are effective both in outward looking client relationships, and internally focused team relationships.
I am excellent at assessing resources and establishing processes to achieve a goal, as a team leader, by a deadline, all while helping to ensure that the team is equipped, empowered, and motivated to complete the project.
I am an enthusiastic, yet strategic communicator who loves to support people with varied interests to achieve a mutual goal.
